Sales Support Executive
The role: As a Sales Support Executive, you will support our client’s Sales Representatives in the retention and development of existing key clients.
Specifically, you’ll be driving revenue and customer loyalty through your amazing interaction skills. You’ll build relationships at all levels, develop an understanding of individual accounts’ needs and deliver proposals, quotes and solution options that meet their needs and help achieve their objectives.
You’ll be coupled up with one member of the external Sales Team. They’ll be out on the road, drumming up new business and visiting existing customers. You’ll be the customers’ day-to-day contact, ensuring everything runs smoothly and they are happy with the service and the products.
The candidate will: Have previous internal account management and/or advanced customer service experience gained within a B2B environment
– At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) with five passes at grades A* to C
– A team player mentality, coupled with a can-do approach
– A commercial mindset
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside plenty of self-motivation
