We’re proud to announce that Arrow has been shortlisted as a finalist for UK Employer of the Year – Platinum (50-249 employees) at the Investors in People Awards 2025. This recognition marks a significant milestone in our Investors in People journey, and we’re thrilled to be celebrated among the best employers in the UK.
The awards ceremony will take place on 12th November 2025 at Old Billingsgate, London, where finalists from across the globe will gather to celebrate excellence in workplace culture, leadership, and employee wellbeing.
What are the Investors in People Awards?
Now in their 12th year, the Investors in People Awards recognises the achievements of organisation going above and beyond to create better workplaces. These awards are part of the wider Investors in People accreditation scheme and mission to “Make Work Better”, recognising businesses that champion their people through outstanding staff leadership, development and engagement strategies.
Each year, hundreds of organisations from the UK and around the world compete across a range of categories, including organisational excellence, wellbeing, leadership, and individual achievement. Finalists are selected based on their commitment to the Investors in People framework, their successes, and vision for a sustainable, people-focused future.
Why this recognition matters
Being named a finalist in the UK Employer of the Year – Platinum category is a powerful recognition of Arrow’s people-first approach – reflecting our commitment to building a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
With over 300 finalists and 21 categories, competition is fierce. Each entry is rigorously assessed on its people strategy, measurable outcomes, and long-term plans to raise standards and “Make Work Better”. Being shortlisted is a testament to the incredible work of our team, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Celebrating our journey with Investors in People
We first partnered with Investors in People in 2016, and their framework has been instrumental in shaping our culture and guiding our growth. Over the past nine years, we’ve used the Investors In People framework to benchmark our progress, embed best practices, and align our people strategy with our commercial goals, progressing from Silver to Platinum level standard.
Achieving Platinum accreditation for two consecutive years was a major milestone and entering the 2025 Awards felt like the perfect way to celebrate that achievement. Our journey began with a bold mission: “Platinum or Bust!” – and we’re proud to say we’ve not only reached that goal but built a culture that continues to develop.
This year’s nomination feels like a celebration of our entire team – a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, thank every person at Arrow for their contribution, and reaffirm our shared commitment to making work better, every single day.
