Delivery and Returns Policy for our Janitorial Supplies, Cleaning Products and more
Deliveries and standard delivery rates apply to mainland UK only. For any orders outside of mainland UK (e.g. Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands (including Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man) and Northern Ireland are subject to additional charges – this can be advised at point of order.
Delivery periods and dates are given in good faith, but are not the subject of any warranty or condition, and time shall not be of the essence of the contract in these respects. No liability will attach to the Company if delivery periods or dates are not met for any reason whatsoever. Please advise us of any non delivery within 10 days and confirm in writing to enable us to claim under the carriers terms. Any shortage or damage on delivery must be reported to us immediately and confirmed in writing within 3 days.
Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full resaleable condition. Please note any delivery charges will not be refunded.
Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery.
Please note that there may be a collection charge for any items returned.

Due to unprecedented demand, we are unable to guarantee our usual prompt next-day delivery – we will continue to aim to process and dispatch your order to this timescale, but please allow 48-hours.
**May Day Bank Holiday Closure**
JanSan UK will be closed on Monday 3rd May, due to the bank holiday.
Please be aware when ordering, as we will not be delivering on this day.
If your normal delivery day is Monday, please place your order by close of play Thursday 29th April to ensure delivery on Tuesday 4th May.
