Ali is responsible for the management of IT systems within Arrow. He develops bespoke automation’s and IT processes that help empower the company and keep things moving forward.

Customer Response Team Leader
Amy is responsible for handling queries and for order processing. Amy is a friendly voice and will always try to help answer any questions you may have, to ensure that you continually have a positive relationship with us.
Bruce is our driving force. As Managing Director he oversees all business operations, developments, strategic direction and ensures that we maintain our own high standards when it comes to customer service.
Charné is part of our Customer Insight team and is responsible for co-ordinating all the activities of the department. With a background of face to face customer liaison, Charné understands what is required to fulfil all your requirements from COSHH data sheets to order forms, from management data information to chemical dilution wallcharts
Account Supplier Specialist
Cheryl is our Account Supplier Specialist. She is responsible for looking after our Suppliers, making sure they are paid on time so that we can continue to supply our Arrow Customers. Cheryl processes in excess of 900 invoices per month, resolves any queries and maintains Supplier relationships, all with a smile on her face!
Customer Response Manager
As Head of Response, Claire’s main role is to ensure that customers’ enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. She is always at the end of the phone if our customers have a question and makes sure that the Customer Response team at Arrow runs smoothly.
Customer Fulfilment Specialist
Dave works in the Arrow Distribution Centre offloading supplier’s/contractor’s vehicles and picking sales orders, ensuing that the correct products and quantities are picked and that their condition and packaging is satisfactory.
Debbie deals with inbound customer queries, resolving customer problems and responding to enquiries on a daily basis. She’s always happy to help and will willingly support you through your queries.
Product Training and Demonstration Specialist
Eddie is our dedicated Product Training and Demonstration Specialist, and has a broad knowledge and experience within the cleaning sector which enables him to deliver competent training sessions or clearly identify and demonstrate relevant products for specific challenges. He also supports our internal team by keeping them up to date on our product range which ensures that our team are as informed on the product range as possible.
Harriet joined Arrow in 2017 from a corporate sales and strategic marketing background, using this experience to offer our customers the best range of products to meet their needs. She is responsible for ensuring that our range of products provides performance, quality and value – through developing the Andarta® portfolio and launching new and exciting products to the market, such as the pioneering greencare® brand.
Jen is responsible for keeping the money safe! With a background of 20 years in Financial Accounting she ensures useful financial information is provided to the Directors to aid their decision making and ensures the Finance team at Arrow runs smoothly.
Joseph works to ensure that his dedicated accounts get the most out of their relationship with us. He will provide specialist advice for products and processes, and liaise with customers to resolve queries.
Lisa is our Office Coordinator so has a versatile job description. She deals with internal HR issues and employee welfare, alongside the day to day running of the office making sure that everyone has the resource behind them to do their own role. She helps maintain the high standards of daily working practices we hold, as shown by our ISO accreditations.
Louise manages our solutions department, sourcing the best quality products that meet your requirements. Building strong relationships with our wide base of national and international suppliers, Louise understands the importance of high performing OTIF and therefore supplier management is key to ensuring we offer our customers what they want, when they want it at the right price.
Head of Fulfilment
Marc joined Arrow in 2015 and leads our fulfilment operation. Managing our onsite distribution centre, Marc is responsible for all of our supply logistics and Warehouse Management System, continuingly driving efficiency within order fulfilment and ensuring we meet our customer’s delivery requirements.
Leads the Solutions (Purchasing) function to provide best practice procurement, supply and stock management activities. Purchasing goods for resale to meet customer requirements including liaison and negotiation with suppliers, sourcing products from a global supply base and preparing and evaluating tenders.
Supply Chain Administrator
Megan’s role plays a vital part in ensuring that all administration tasks, reports and systems are kept up to date and accurate throughout including the Support in tender process.
Customer Fulfilment Specialist
Mike’s role is to assist in the warehouse and distribution centre operations – he plays a key part in ensuring we achieve maximum efficiency in the processes of unloading, storing, picking and dispatching products stored in the warehouse
Customer Insight Support
Miriam has joined the Arrow Insight team as part of our ongoing client investment plan to strengthen our resources and continue to provide market leading support. Being office based, the majority of her time is spent supporting clients, with their many and varied requirements, either on the phone or liaising through our team of external account managers.
Marketing Communications Specialist
Rachel’s role is to ensure clear and simple communications with our customers and stakeholders – keeping you up to date not only with new innovations and product developments, but also legislation changes to help ensure you are safe, legal and compliant. She also provides customers with detailed information on product user-guides, dilution rates and technical details.
New Business Director
Rob’s primary focus is engaging with new customers and can help you with pricing and contract requirements. He provides a wealth of advice to cleaning professionals, advising on workflow improvements, new products and identifying any cost saving opportunities.
Customer Solutions Specialist
Roberto drives our product procurement, dealing with our wide base of national and international suppliers to source the highest quality products for our customers. He also plays a large role in the sourcing of the Andarta product range, with sustainability, quality and cost making up the procurement criteria.
Sam has a wealth of experience within the cleaning industry and heads up our Account Management Team. He works hard to inspire our customers to find new ways of working, to ensure that they are happy and getting the right advice and service levels.
Scott is responsible for our existing accounts, working with customers on a daily basis to provide essential insight in relation to pricing, products, cost savings to ensure you are given the best advice possible to run your system efficiently.
Customer Response Specialist
Stephanie is the newest member of the customer response team. She is responsible for putting orders on and trying to work with customers to ensure receipt of clean orders (ROCO).
Customer Fulfilment Supervisor
Tim assists in the process of unloading, storing, picking and dispatching products stored in the warehouse. He is the communication champion of the Distribution Centre motivating employees to adhere to the Arrow Values at all times.
Associate Product Manager
Zoann joins Harriet in the Product Management team. Her experience means she has a keen eye for detail – essential in her role to keep our product information up-to-date and ensure we are offering the right range to our customers.
