Abi works within our solutions department, finding the products that meet your requirements. With a continuous drive for high quality and cost efficient products, she is in constant contact with our wide supplier base to ensure that the goods ordered meet the criteria.
Amy is responsible for handling queries and for order processing. Amy is a friendly voice and will always try to help answer any questions you may have, to ensure that you continually have a positive relationship with us.
Bruce is our driving force. As Managing Director he oversees all business operations, developments, strategic direction and ensures that we maintain our own high standards when it comes to customer service.
Head of Response
As Head of Response, Claire’s main role is to ensure that customers’ enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. She is always at the end of the phone if our customers have a question and makes sure that the Customer Response team at Arrow runs smoothly.
Debbie deals with inbound customer queries, resolving customer problems and responding to enquiries on a daily basis. She’s always happy to help and will willingly support you through your queries.
Innovation and New Business Director
As well as working with Rob on engaging with new customers, Edward leads the way on our innovation and new product development projects. With a keen eye for detail and aptitude for thinking outside of the box, Edward helps you solve problems with new product ideas and processes.
Joseph works to ensure that his dedicated accounts get the most out of their relationship with us. He will provide specialist advice for products and processes, and liaise with customers to resolve queries.
Laurie is one of most experienced account managers at Arrow with multiple years’ experience in the hygiene industry. He is responsible for ensuring your products and working processes are achieving maximum results and provides dedicated face to face support. He spends a great deal of time on site supporting our customers to review working methods and delivering specialist advice.
Head of Fulfilment
Marc joined Arrow in 2015 and leads our fulfilment operation. Managing our onsite distribution centre, Marc is responsible for all of our supply logistics and Warehouse Management System, continuingly driving efficiency within order fulfilment and ensuring we meet our customer’s delivery requirements.
New Business Director
Rob’s primary focus is engaging with new customers and can help you with pricing and contract requirements. He provides a wealth of advice to cleaning professionals, advising on workflow improvements, new products and identifying any cost saving opportunities.
Roberto drives our product procurement, dealing with our wide base of national and international suppliers to source the highest quality products for our customers. He also plays a large role in the sourcing of the Andarta product range, with sustainability, quality and cost making up the procurement criteria.
Sam has a wealth of experience within the cleaning industry and heads up our Account Management Team. He works hard to inspire our customers to find new ways of working, to ensure that they are happy and getting the right advice and service levels.
Scott is responsible for our existing accounts, working with customers on a daily basis to provide essential insight in relation to pricing, products, cost savings to ensure you are given the best advice possible to run your system efficiently.
Charne is part of our Customer Insight team and is responsible for co-ordinating all the activities of the department. With a background of face to face customer liaison, Charne understands what is required to fulfil all your requirements from COSHH data sheets to order forms, from management data information to chemical dilution wallcharts
Harriet manages our broad product portfolio, ensuring that our range provides a choice of options for performance, price and quality, across all nine product categories. New products are introduced regularly and customers are kept up to date with changes and improvements as they happen.
Product Training and Demonstration Specialist
Eddie is our dedicated Product Training and Demonstration Specialist, and has a broad knowledge and experience within the cleaning sector which enables him to deliver competent training sessions or clearly identify and demonstrate relevant products for specific challenges. He also supports our internal team by keeping them up to date on our product range which ensures that our team are as informed on the product range as possible.
Louise manages our solutions department, sourcing the best quality products that meet your requirements. Building strong relationships with our wide base of national and international suppliers, Louise understands the importance of high performing OTIF and therefore supplier management is key to ensuring we offer our customers what they want, when they want it at the right price.
