We are proud to share that Arrow has been awarded a Gold Medal in our 2025 EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment, scoring an impressive 75 out of 100 (progressing our score by 5 points since our last assessment). This achievement reflects our continued “Advanced” level of sustainability management, maintaining our Gold level for the second year running.

What is EcoVadis?
EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, assessing over 130,000 companies globally. Their rigorous evaluation is based on leading international sustainability standards including the UN Global Compact, International Labour Organisation (ILO) Conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and ISO 26000.
The assessment spans 21 sustainability criteria across four key pillars: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Achieving the Gold Medal ranks Arrow in the top 5% of companies worldwide, reflecting our leadership in sustainable business practice.
Why does the Gold Medal matter?
The EcoVadis Gold Medal isn’t just a badge – it’s a validation of our sustainability management system, demonstrating that we excel in:
• Environmental Responsibility: Reducing our carbon footprint and promoting eco-friendly initiatives.
• Social and Ethical Standards: Upholding labor rights and ethical practices across our operations.
• Responsible Procurement: Building sustainable, transparent, and ethical supply chains.
At Arrow, sustainability is embedded in everything we do, and the EcoVadis programme plays a crucial role in measuring and improving our sustainable maturity. From adopting environmentally-friendly cleaning practices to transforming our supply chain, we’re constantly evolving our approach to meet global standards.
Our Gold rating also strengthens our position as a trusted partner for businesses striving to achieve their own sustainability goals. Whether it’s reducing environmental impact or implementing responsible purchasing, we’re here to help others progress on their sustainability journey.
“We are incredibly proud to be accredited to EcoVadis Gold Level for the second year running,” said Bruce Blackledge, Managing Director at Arrow. “Being ranked in the top 5% globally is a remarkable achievement – it’s a testament to the hard work of our team and the partnerships we’ve built with our suppliers and customers to support a more sustainable future.”
