You’ll join a driven and motivated team in bright, open and airy offices in Shrewsbury.
As a Customer Insight Support, you will support our client’s Sales Representatives in the retention and development of existing key clients.
Specifically, you’ll be driving revenue and customer loyalty through your amazing interaction skills. You’ll build relationships at all levels, develop an understanding of individual accounts’ needs and deliver proposals, quotes and solution options that meet their needs and help achieve their objectives.
You’ll be coupled up with one member of the external Sales Team. They’ll be out on the road, drumming up new business and visiting existing customers. You’ll be the customers’ day-to-day contact, ensuring everything runs smoothly and they are happy with the service and the products.
Your role will also involve:
– Running the numbers for accounts and making sure they are on target
– Diary management including booking customer appointments
– Analysis of customer spending patterns and history, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability through the use of analysis tools
– Building robust, effective and friendly relationships that facilitate sales
– Supporting sales colleagues and delivering on activities generated from customer visits
– Making sure everything is documented in the company CRM system
Interested? If so, to be considered as a Customer Insight Support, you’ll need:
– Previous internal account management and/or advanced customer service experience gained within a B2B environment
– At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) with five passes at grades A* to C
– A team player mentality, coupled with a can-do approach
– A commercial mindset
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside plenty of self-motivation
TELEMARKETING/ LEAD GENERATION
You will be making telephone contact with customers, both potential and existing, to inform them about the company’s products and service – preparing and using scripts, to obtain appointments for sales personnel.
Review and follow-up outbound communications to convert leads into sales opportunities – identifying KDMs, creating customer profiles and booking meetings.
Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system and MailChimp.
Management of post-event lead input and follow-up through SalesForce campaigns.
Prepare and analyse Lead Generation reports – provide accurate progress information.
You must be able to communicate effectively and build partnerships with all levels of internal and external personnel verbally and in writing.
We need someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is reliable and conscientious and is able to take the initiative and be ambitious in improving personal performance.
You will have similar experience and a commercial mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We wish to recruit an energetic and hard-working individual who demonstrates a high level of attention to detail to join our warehouse and dispatch department for the role of Warehouse Operative.
Receive goods-in, check off and put away. Pick and pack customer orders, assist with loading delivery vehicles. Other routine warehouse tasks such as stock counting and pick face replenishment.
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday 4pm – Midnight
The candidate will:
Have similar experience in a similar or larger warehouse operation. Ideally possess Counterbalance, Flexi and Ride-On Pallet truck operator licenses but
full training will be provided. A full driving license. Have experience in use of RF Warehouse Management Software. Demonstrate excellent customer service, be hardworking and of tidy appearance.
