Improving washroom management at Abraham Darby Academy

Abraham Darby Academy is a leading co-educational secondary school in Telford, catering to 1,200 students. As an independent state academy, the Academy is dedicated to delivering the highest quality academic, personal and vocational teaching – meaning maintaining exceptional teaching and learning facilities is hugely important. 

The Academy was grappling with significant toilet roll waste due to their existing toilet roll system. Students were leaving large amounts of toilet paper on the floor, creating an unsightly mess and meaning cleaning teams were spending a large amount of time tidying and cleaning washrooms.

To tackle this program, the Academy turned to Arrow for advice. Arrow recommended installing their Andarta® System 700 toilet roll dispenser, specifically designed and engineered for high-traffic washrooms.

Sucessful implementation and results

System 700's twin-roll capacity and single-sheet dispensing reduce paper use and maximise roll efficiency. The Academy installed 60 Andarta® System 700 dispensers, replacing the old centrefeed system. The results were impressive:
