While we have got everything crossed for brighter times ahead, following the announcement of the latest lockdown, we have put together answers to some frequently asked questions about what we are doing to ensure we continue to supply essential products to your company, while ensuring our staff remain safe.

How are you looking after your employees?

In line with UK government and World Health Organization advice, most of our office-based staff are now working from home. We have kept a small percentage of our operational teams onsite to ensure business continues to run smoothly; however, staff onsite can maintain social distancing, and we have put in additional cleaning procedures to ensure everyone stays safe.

Where staff or members of their household show symptoms, we are also following government guidance.

We have ensured all our staff are fully supported as they return to working from home. We keep in regular video contact with all teams and have diverted telephone lines directly to our colleagues, meaning you can keep in touch with us.

How are you making deliveries safe?

We have updated our delivery procedures to ensure our deliveries are fully COVID-19 compliant, including mandatory mask wearing, regular wiping and daily sanitisation of vehicles. Wherever possible, we have kept in touch with our customers to ensure we comply with all Covid-specific delivery procedures.

Are all your products still available?

Despite massive increases to demand and the challenges faced by manufacturers across the globe, we have implemented measures across our supply chain to ensure we can get your orders to you as quickly as we can – while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our staff and supply chain. We closely monitor our stock levels, and if we believe any products are at risk, we will let you know of the issue - and our solution - as soon as we can. We keep in close contact with our customers to confirm any product substitutions or delays and are working our hardest to get products with you as soon as they are available.
